Walnut ground

Walnuts originated from Asia, where forests of walnut trees still exist at the foot of the Himalayas. It was brought to Europe by the Roman legionaries.

Walnuts are an incredible source of valuable nutrition and are strongly recommended by nutritionists.

Ground walnuts can be put in salads, either mixed in the salad or as an ingredient in the salad dressings poured over them.
