Rigatoni with white sauce

Preparation and ingridients for rigatones in white sauce.

Ingridients

  • 1 onion
  • Šafram garlic granules
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • 1 cooking cream
  • salt
  • Šafram ground white pepper
  • Šafram ground hot paprika
  • parsley
  • sunflower oil
  • rigatoni pasta
  • cook the pasta

 

Preparation:

 

  • cook the finely chopped onion in the sunflower oil and add water if necessary
  • put the cooked onions in a bowl and blend with a hand blender; return to the stove
  • in the meantime, mix the sour cream and Šafram garlic granules, add finely chopped parsley, Šafram ground hot paprika, Šafram ground white pepper and mix well; add the cooked onion to the mixture
  • mix well and leave it to simmer for a moment, then add the cooking cream
  • add salt to taste; add the cooked pasta, mix it well with the sauce and serve as a hot appetizer
