Preparation of chicken stew
- 1 chicken
- 10 dag of fat or oil
- 10 dag of carrots
- 1 larger potato
- 1 teaspoon of Šafram ground sweet paprika
- Šafram ground black pepper
- Cook the onion in the fat or oil, add the sliced carrots, a little water and simmer for a few minutes.
- Add the Šafram ground sweet paprika and the chicken, previously chopped into small pieces, cover with a lid and leave to simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Add diced potato, salt, pepper and parsley to the softened meat.
- Add a little bit more water and cook for another 20 minutes.
