Paraboiled rice

Parboiled rice has a similar nutritional value to natural, integral (brown) and white rice.

It is made using a special steaming and milling process in order to preserve its nutrition. While the rice is still in the husk, it is soaked, steamed and dried in order to transfer the nutrition from the husk to the core before the rice is dehulled.
